n 包装Packing
| Ø 膜卷用塑料袋包装,抽真空后放入干燥剂热封 Ø 塑料包装袋外贴标签标明型号,厚度,宽度,留边宽度和电阻 | Ø Roll films are packed in vacuum plastic bag and heat-sealed with desiccants. Ø Bags are marked with lables of types , thickness, Ø width, free margin width and resistance. |

n 储存Storge
| Ø 金属化膜在使用之前应该按原包装保存。环境温度应该控制在5~35℃,湿度小于85%RH。 Ø 金属层暴露在潮气中会很容易发生氧化。因此,包装打开后,膜卷应该尽快使用。 Ø 建议打开包装的膜卷应该保存的温度条件是15~25℃,湿度小于60%RH。 Ø 金属化膜若保持原密封包装,并储存在如上所述的环境下,那么其储存期限可以满足下列条件: 铝金属化薄膜:从交付日起12个月。 锌铝金属化薄膜:因为锌相当不稳定,储存的期限取决薄膜的电阻: 小于等于10 Ohms:6个月(从交付日起) 10 Ohms到15 Ohms:3个月(从交付日起) 15 Ohms以上:1个月(从交付日起) | Ø metallized film should be stored in its original package until its use with temperature 5 ~ 35℃ and humidity less than 85%RH. Ø metallized layer is easily oxidized when exposure to moisture. Therefore, the film should be used as soon as possible when opened. 
 Ø The recommended temperature is 15 -25℃ with humidity less than 60%RH after the package is open. 
 Ø With original sealed package, and stored in the above mentioned conditions, the storage time can be as following: Al metalized Film: 12 months from the delivered date.. Al/Zn Alloy metalized Film: As Zn is relatively unstable, preservation period depends on the resistance of the film: Less than 10 Ohms: 6 months (from delivery date) 
 10 Ohms to 15 Ohms: 3 months (from delivery date) 
 15 Ohms: 1months (from delivery date) |
